ICRC2017 Cancellations and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration.

Please fill the attached form, and send it to admin@icrc2017.org.

Refunds will be made right after the conference. 


* Non authors and Non presenters:
 
 By 2 June 2017, payment will be refunded except processing handling charge of 30%.
 - From 3 June 2017, the registration fee will not be refunded.


* Authors and presenters:
before 2 June 2017, payment will be refunded except processing handling charge of 10%.
From 3 June 2017, the registration fee will not be refunded.

 

* Cancellation for Banquet (Email to manager2@icrc2017.org)

- Before 20 June 2017, payment will be refunded except processing handling charge of 10%​.

- From 21 June 2017, the banquet fee will not be refunded.​​

 

Please note that terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if a visa is officially refused to the participant.
